SHIPPING POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please allow 3 business days before your order is shipped. Orders normally are shipped immediately, but due to the current COVID-19 situation, please allow for the 3 days. Not only do we Quality Check all items when they arrive to us, but we do it AGAIN, before leaving our location.
We are doing our best to keep up with the demand. There may be an occasion when our inventory numbers are a little off, due to a previously placed order by another customer. If that happens, you will get an email letting you know that the item is no longer available and you will be issued a refund for that item.
Domestic Shipping Policy and Processing Time
All items are verified and processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship Internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
